Cedar Court Hotel
Provisionally 18th June 2022

Located in the heart of historic Harrogate, the Cedar Court Hotel Harrogate, an Ascend Hotel Collection Member offers amazing accommodation overlooking 200 acres of the pristine Stray parkland, an ideal venue for our event.

While the property is a historic site in its own right, dating back to 1671 and sitting on the site of the town's first ever hotel, the Cedar Court Hotel Harrogate 4 star hotel is only a quick stroll away from some of the Harrogate's must visit attractions including the famous Bettys Tea Room, unique Moorish-style Turkish Baths or Harrogate Theatre as well as the Harrogate Train Station.

Elegant function rooms, with a large windows offering a plenty of natural day light and views of landscaped garden, are available for weddings, banquets or conferences. The marriage of historic excellence and modern convenience makes our hotel the perfect base for visiting some of the famous town events such as the Great Yorkshire Show or biannual Harrogate Flower Show with its close proximity to the Pavilions of Harrogate and exploring the rest of Yorkshire's astounding natural beauty.

We have 15 rooms pre-allocated to the FOC event at a substantial saving on the general rate for a Saturday night in June. Under the new management the rooms have all been refurbished and there is a rather futuristic self check-in facility that is easy enough to use but in case of difficulty there are staff on hand to assist.

The hotel has recently implemented parking charges to counter the problem of people parking there that are nothing to do with the hotel. Car parking is administered for the hotel by a service company that is, by all accounts very efficient so if you have a car then it is essential that you enter the registration number at the check-in desk.

Our arrangement with the hotel includes free parking for anyone coming to the dinner, whether they are staying at the hotel or not.
